I just received an e-mail from a colleague who told me about a young man in Alabama named Shane. He is an excellent powerlifter, and that is a real understatement. He sent me his most up-to-date lifts from a powerlifting meet he just competed in, and his lifts are amazing to say the least. He squatted a mere 1085 lb., which he wasn’t very happy with, because he said he could have easily broken 1100 lb. Sadly, Shane was too high on his 2nd squat attempt, so he opted to do it again instead of going up to a heavier weight. He benched a remarkable 800lb., after easily benching 750 lb. and then 775lb. – WOW! Then his opening deadlift was 750lb., then he deadlifted 775 lb., and made an attempt 815 lb. for his last lift, but dropped it. So, he totaled 2660 lb., which puts him 4th of all time, and only thirty lb. off the world record total. He says that he thinks he will capture the world record total at his next meet, and I'm certain he will too.
I'm certainly not in his league, but hearing about his lifts and seeing the photos truly motivates me. My local powerlifting meet is coming soon, and I've certainly been training hard. As you know I had about twenty five lb. of bodyweight to drop to put me in the 198 lb. weight class. I've been trying the fat burner/energizer known as Fastin, and it has genuinely helped me. It has given me outstanding energy surges for my training sessions, which has permitted me to lift harder, with more intensity, and remain focused through the whole training session. Plus, since I started using Fastin over fourteen days ago I have already lost 5 pounds. That is faster than I had hoped for, and at this rate of losing fat I will be at my weight class in just about 2 months, which will allow me to train for a little while at 198 lb. You can read about Fastin here.
I highly recommend Fastin for anybody who weight trains. It doesn’t matter if you don’t need to lose fat, because just the downright energy-enhancing benefits of Fastin are well worth the investment. Plus at this site you can test Fastin for free. As a matter of fact, they will let anybody try out up to 4 products for free, no shipping costs, no lists to sign up on, no strings at all. Go here and learn all about it here. I will update you on my lifts the next time.
